Ingredients

  • 12 large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • (can substitute any of the protein for pork, chicken or beef)
  • ½ cup Viet Kieu Company Spicy Lemongrass Marinade
  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 cup Bok choy (cleaned and half)
  • 1 sliced carrots
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • 8 ounce of fresh egg noodles
  • Au Co Fine Foods Sa Té Lemongrass Chili Oil

How to make it

  1. In large bowl, marinate the shrimp or preferred protein with the Spicy Lemongrass marinade
  2. Pour enough canola oil into a wide pot or skillet to reach 1/2″ up the side. Heat the oil on medium heat. Take one serving of fresh egg noodles and spread it out onto a large plate.
  3. When oil is hot, slide egg noodles from plate into oil. Cook noodles for about 1 min and flip over, cooking for another 30 sec until crisp
  4. Remove noodles from oil and drain the excess oil, can use paper towel
  5. To skillet, heat oil & add marinated protein.  Quickly stir fry to brown.
  6. Add your vegetables.  Continue to stir fry for additional 1-2 min to cook the protein and vegetables thoroughly
  7. Top each Bird’s Nest with the protein and vegetable stir fry
  8. Garnish with Au Co Fine Foods Sa Té Lemongrass Chili Oil!
