About  Au Co Fine Foods

We enjoy food. A daily consumption we feel that we should not have to think twice about putting into our body. We are full time parents to 2 beautiful children, health professionals, and full-time lovers of eating all things delicious! After having children, we found ourselves more conscientious of ingredients in the food items our family consumed. We enjoy cooking from scratch with our children, and together, we have ventured to creating Au Co Fine Foods. We hope to share with you, your family, and friends, food items that you do not have to think twice about consuming. We strive to provide high quality products made with high quality ingredients that can be trusted and easily read by children.
