Ingredients

  • Your favorite choice of oysters to enjoy raw on the half shell
  • Au Co Fine Foods Sa Té Lemongrass Chili Oil

 

How to make it

  1. Start shucking! If shucking is difficult a quick way to shuck is to boil a pot of water. Get a strainer ladle and quickly blanch the oysters for 10 seconds and quickly throw the blanched oysters into an ice bath.
  2. Serve the oysters with Au Co Fine Foods Sa Té Lemongrass Chili Oil.
