- Au Co Fine Foods Sa Té Lemongrass Chili Oil
How to make it
- Start shucking! If shucking is difficult a quick way to shuck is to boil a pot of water. Get a strainer ladle and quickly blanch the oysters for 10 seconds and quickly throw the blanched oysters into an ice bath.
- Serve the oysters with Au Co Fine Foods Sa Té Lemongrass Chili Oil.
