Ingredients:

  • Banh nam
  • Banh loc
  • Water
  • Steaming pot
  • Au Co Fine Foods Sa Té Lemongrass Chili Oil
  • These items can be found at the smaller mom and pop Asian supermarkets.

How to make it:

  1. Layer the steaming basket with banh loc or banh nam or both!
  2. Place water in the pot ½ way.
  3. Place steaming basket on top and close the lid.
  4. Turn heat to medium high heat and allow water to be brought to boil
  5. Allow the boiling to continue for additional 20-25 minutes for the banh loc/banh nam to cook.
  6. Carefully remove the banh nam and banh loc and place on plate. Caution! Very hot! Serve with Au Co Fine Foods Sa Té Lemongrass Chili Oil.
